RSI’s partnerships with technology leaders such as Microsoft® allow us to provide state of the art software and hardware for advanced thickness and coating gauges. Real-time software provides high performance accuracy while being versatile for the end-user. From temperature and coatings to changes in alloys, RSI can provide dynamic calculations and corrections for most situations. RSI can also provide communication software to talk to existing systems via RS232 or TCP/IP and Profibus links, data collection features such as Coil Report for historical review in Adobe PDF® or text-based CSV format (viewable with Microsoft Excel®). We also provide data logging and archiving using iBA® systems.
